This gorgeous Royal Doulton figurine from the 1930s depicts a scene of beautiful children selling flowers. The hand-painted porcelain is of the highest quality, with a glossy finish that adds to its charm. The figurine is medium-sized, measuring 6 inches in length and 8 1/4 inches in height, with a width of 7 1/2 inches.The Flower Sellers Children collection is a perfect addition to any decorative collection, suitable for all occasions and adding a touch of floral themes to any room. This piece is a fine example of early 20th Century Vintage Royal Doulton English Porcelain ~ HN 1342, designed by leading Doulton artist Leslie Harradine, issued from 1926 to 1949, and one of Doulton’s most touching and endearing models.This lovely old figurine is decorated in a blue and purple colourway and comes complete with a basket of beautifully modelled flowers. The underside is marked with the printed Royal Doulton backstamp of the period. Condition: Excellent - no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. It has been kept in a china cabinet for many years.
