This is a lovely piece of art as well as a beautiful lamp. The light comes through the pot when properly wired but it needs rewired as it has no plug currently. The paint is a very attractive set of colors and looks to be cold painted and this is a heavy bronze piece. The lamp is as pictured and of very high quality with the tallest it sits being about 8 inches and at the base it is about 8 X 4 3/8 inches. I believe this fine lamp is rare.
