All of my badges are made to order and I will usually dispatch the next working day after receiving your order/payment (please allow reasonable additional time if ordering multiple badges or higher quantities).
Postage is by Royal Mail standard. Royal mail currently advise 3-5 working days for second class post (which is what I use to keep costs down for you the buyer).

What if the pronouns that I use are not listed or I want a different colour to what is shown in the picture?No problem!
When paying for the badge, please include on the order your pronouns (and preferred colour) or send me a message via the messaging system with them on.
If your pronouns are more than 10 characters total, please message me before purchase via the messaging system so I can double check that they can still be printed on a 25mm/1 inch badge whilst still viewable.
IF YOU ARE ORDERING A CUSTOM BADGE (WHETHER THAT BE A DIFFERENT COLOUR OR PRONOUNS), PLEASE CHOOSE THE CUSTOM OPTION AS IT COSTS ME A LOT MORE TO PRODUCE THESE WHICH IS REFLECTED IN THE PRICE.

I run my badge making workshop from the LGBTQIA+ home I share with my partner in the United Kingdom using UK produced components. Whilst I've made every effort to represent everyone's pronouns, sometimes I do miss things.
What if I'm representing a company or organisation that wants a custom pronoun badge?If you are representing a company or organisation that would like to include it's logo on a pronoun badge or order custom pronoun badge(s), please message me as this will require a custom order/different pricing.
What if I want to order more than you have currently listed?I can fulfill larger orders dependent on how many you would like and when you need them by.
Please send me a message with what you would like and when you need them by and I will confirm -a) The price for your proposed order; andb) If my schedule permits me to fulfill this order based on your timescale(s).
Can the colour of the badge vary to what I see on my screen?Due to the difference between electronic devices and physical printing, the colours of each badge may slightly vary. Each badge has been designed to represent the pride flag from which the design is based however.
Why are there so many different variations available?I've always been a passionate LGBTQIA+ rights activist on my local and national scene and the one thing I've always believed in is adequate representation for anyone who identifies outside of the normative heterosexual/cisgender space.
I started making these badges to allow everyone a fair chance of representation and to feel proud in having something physically that represents them.
Why are your badges priced the way they are?In terms of pricing, /PayPal/Royal Mail will always make far more off of these badges than I do because I've costed them to the point where I'm making pennies each sale.
If my badges can make somebody who has never had much of anything physically to represent them feel happy; or it allows them to feel more represented, then that's my real payment.
What if I live outside of the UK, can I still buy?Absolutely I've listed the price for Royal Mail International Standard and Royal Mail International Tracked on the listing options.
Why have you made this a private listing?After a request from a buyer who is not 'out' to their family & friends yet, I have decided to make the item a private listing, meaning will not show the item title in your buyer history or for looking at my badges and I hope you have a pleasant day!
