(Some others from same collection ID'd the location) Back of one says junk pile back of Blue Ribbon Dairy. In another you can see a 1920s roadster - or what is left of it. People navigating via small boat, woman coming out of her home. Looks like they were already experiencing hard times. Wood or log pile nearby. Flooding from White River.

online info -A family owned dairy and drive-in for 40 years, the Blue Ribbon Dairy was started in 1935. A separate dairy plant was added in 1939, with their popular drive-in flourishing throughout the 1950s.
