Typed letter sent from Moonwalker Jim Irwin to a school teacher. The teacher had apparently asked Irwin about his opinions about UFOs. In part Irwin says:
I do not believe there is life on any planet in our solar system. Beyond our system, I believe life exists, but I do not tell people where it is or what it's called."
He goes on to say: " On our flight we sighted a good many UFOs but none looked like an extra-terrestrial spacecraft."
Bold black signature. The signature is authentic, not an autopen, preprinted etc.The letter is typed on Irwin's organization letterhead, High Flight Foundation.
This is a gem of a letter, especially coming from a moon walker.
