Inevitably when you collect rocks of any kind you run across crystals. Especially if you’ve been collecting since you were a kid. I don’t collect rocks per se, and that includes minerals, but crystals, and particularly garnets have the always been a personal favorite of mine. These are three grossular garnet crystals, the large one an excellent example of these garnets, or any garnets, at their largest. It has a slight green cast to it and nice clear facets. With it is a wonderful pink garnet, which is an unusual color for this kind, and has complicated crystal facets that make it quite an unusual piece. The third is a small crystal that I would just throw in as a way to say thanks for buying the other two. Needless to say, if you’ve got a kid in your life or anywhere near it that likes to collect rocks, this is a great gift at $49 including the shipping.
