This lamp from Hart Associates, circa 1970\'s, will make a bold statement and require a large shade. The central element is a very large clear glass urn form, made out of a single piece of glass. The top and base have kind of an industrial look, made out of metal with some darkened lines that kind of look like welds. The finial matches the lamp, and also includes a shade riser. The urn is 13.5\" wide and the base is 8\" x 8\".

It has been tested to make sure it works, and is set for a three-way bulb. For it\'s size, it looks pretty good. In the photos, you will notice some scratches on the top of the urn and near where the cord comes out. The underside of the glass urn has two rubber tabs, which kind of look like chips in the photo (see two arrows), but they\'re definitely tab and not chips. The interior of the urn also has some dust and tiny bugs that somehow got in there.

The finial is off-center, as it flips over if it is centered. It could be centered, but you would need to super glue the metal pincher pieces to the harp.
