Condition: VG/FN. Overall above average. small tears at the bottom and top of spine, paper is off white to cream. minor tear on the back cover. clean staples. nice and flat. minor impressions on the cover.
I'd give it a solid fine if just one tear but I'm very conservative with my grading. See the comic grade guidelines below.
