This appears to be a stock car convention for The Cat's Meow Club mascot, Casper, as there are three of him! According to Cat's Meow Club catalog: "Look real close at the name on the car ... Casper spelled backwards."

This piece was introduced April 1, 1994 and retired December 31, 1999.

Excellent condition, never displayed. Smoke-free home and in storage for the last 20+ years. What appears to be "streaking" on the back is actually the natural wood grain showing through the paint; there is some price-sticker residue (see photo) on the back.
