Colorado Trinidad highway sign. Up for sale today is this Colorado state highway 1 Trinidad, Walsenburg, Pueblo rectangular guide sign. Made to the exact standards as used between 1923 and 1928 by the Rocky Mountain Motorists Association, which was an automobile club that took it upon itself to sign the highways of Colorado as a motorist aid. An original of these, complete with the logo of the Rocky Mountain Motorists Inc., would be many thousands of dollars, if it even survives. This sign is a faithful remake to the correct size (20 by 14 inches), and weighs about 7 pounds, 2 ounces. please note that I can make an RMMI sign with any verbiage, destination set, route numbers, etc. inquire about custom orders!
