It is a Manual Open with an Axis locking is in perfect condition, basically as it was out of the factory

Opens/closes perfectly

Box does have some scuffs

No scuffs or wear on actual knife

Includes original Box, pouch, and care instructions

Never used to actually cut, so factory sharp

The pocket clip does come a bit loose after time, but can be easily tightened (it came like this from the factory and is a known issue). I have only had to tighten it one time and since then it has been good
