Antique Victorian 18K Stick Pin with 9 diamonds on a carved crescent moonstone. This stick pin is crafted in bright polished 18K rose gold. It features a crescent moon lined with 9 graduated in size, circular diamonds on a solid back with a decorated gallery. The face is framed with nine circulardiamonds, bead set in a fishtail setting. The back of the piece is closed with eyelets below the diamonds for light to flow. The Man in the Moon is hand carved from opaque grayish-white moonstone. (of course)The crescent is set on a silver straight pin stem.

The pin measures 2.5 inches long with the crescent measuring 1/2 inch in diameter. It appears to be European made, probably France in the late 1800's.This beautifulstick pin weighs 0.1 ounces.
