another one of my all time favorites! Antique Linen with an abundance of handwork. Pulled thread and Tenerife along with linen make a lovely looking topper or anything else.. I’ve gently hand washed this but have not gotten around to ironing it. I will try to do this soon. It measures a nice size of 43” X 41”. I’ve seen a few broken threads, but for the age of this it should not be a concern. Handmade around the pre 1900’s. I had a very large collection of these. Around the 1940’s their popularity started to waver. A few years ago they’ve become very popular again.

These make a beautiful setting for weddings. I found a tiny pin hole near the edge of this linen, it does not appear that it will get any larger. A few stitches would repair it. Personally I wouldn’t do anything to it. Other than that we don’t find any issues. It is white in color.
