A porcelain jar body decorated with prunus hawthorn. Double ring mark on base.

Antique Chinese, dating from the late Qing through Republic period, circa 1890-1940.

A great object for study or display, this will make a nice addition to any student or appreciators collection of Chinese art and artifacts.

Overall, fair condition. The jar has been converted into a lamp at some point in its history, resulting in a through-hole through the lid, as well as the base. Some adhesive residue present around the rim. Exhibits signs of age such as surface wear and weathering.
