Up for sale is 1 vintage round ice cream bowl in the "California Poppy" pattern made for Fred Harvey for use on the ATSF Santa Fe Railroad dining cars & FH Eating establishments. Heavy-weight railroad/restaurant ware/steamship china which was an exclusive use / controlled pattern for Fred Harvey/ATSF RR.

In great lightly used condition. NO CHIPS. NO CRACKS. NO CRAZING. (Please see & enlarge pics). Nice shiny glaze & bright, vivid pattern. Made by Syracuse China & marked on the bottom. Not RR backstamped - this was an "exclusive use" pattern for Santa Fe in the heavy-weight restaurant grade china. California Poppy was the longest runing & one of the most popular Railroad Dining Car china pattern & was made by a few different companies including Syracuse & Bauscher China.
