The Fukagawacompany located in the Arita region of Japan, has served as purveyor for theJapanese Imperial Household since 1910 and only produces true white, hightemperature fine porcelain (China).

To my recollectionthese were used for 1 large event.There is no fading or blemishes to my knowledge other than standard lackof consistency with factory handling and hand-painting.
